Once you receive the product, if damaged you should e-mail me immediately, you may need to send a photo of the damaged item with your e-mail and either we'll replace it or refund your money.
If your not satisfied with the product e-mail me within 10 days of receiving the product so I can give you the address to ship it back and i'll refund your money.
The Shipping charge is 9.95 and is shipped by UPS. when payment is received , If shipping is less we will refund the differance. If the shipping is more we will e-mail you first to let you know will be charging that to your account. we will ship the order within two business day excluding weekends and holidays.
All items are insured up to the value of the shipment
Be sure your address is correct, We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
At present, unfortunately, we only ship to the US mainland and we do not ship to p.o. boxes.
